Sometime ago I installed IE5 and found afterwards that the File Types tab that appears in Explorer/View/Folder Options had disappeared. This, of course means that I can't alter/edit file associations and other options. I am using Win 95 [osr 1] on an AMD K-II 350 mhz with 64mb ram and the usual trimmings.
